Winemaker’s Note:
Rosé wine made from 100% Garnacha Peluda, gently pressed and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel with native yeasts. Produced with minimal intervention to preserve fruit purity and freshness. Lightly filtered to maintain stability and expression. Limited production of 843 bottles.

Refreshing and juicy rosé with a light, elegant structure and high drinkability.

Red fruit aromas with a fresh, lively palate; light-bodied, smooth and elegant finish.

Pairing:
Aperitifs, patatas bravas, salads, light starters, cured meats, rice dishes and fideuà.

Serve at: 4–6°C
