A single-fermentation sparkle born of restraint: Ancestral Blanc offers fresh orchard fruit, delicate bubbles, and a clean, joyful finish.

 

Winemaker’s Note:
Natural ancestral-method sparkling wine made from 100% Malvasia, fermented spontaneously in amphora with native yeasts. Produced without sulfites and with minimal intervention. Clarified by hand and disgorged manually on demand to maintain purity and aromatic expression. Limited production of 1,007 bottles.

Fine-bubbled and elegant ancestral sparkling wine with a soft, alluring entry and delicate sweetness.

Tasting profile:
White flowers, apple and pear in syrup over a subtle honeyed background; fine bubble and smooth, elegant mouthfeel.

Pairing:
Aperitifs, fish and seafood, rice dishes and fideuà, creamy desserts, fresh cheese with honey, and moderately sweet pastries.

Serve at: 4–6°C (fresh but not ice cold)
