Brisée reveals the soul of Garnacha through texture and patience: twenty days of skin contact produces amber hues and a savoury, tactile finish — lightly filtered, alive, and quietly powerful.
Winemaker’s Note:
Skin-contact rosé wine made from Garnacha (brisé style), macerated and fermented spontaneously with the skins for 20 days using native yeasts. Produced without sulfites and with minimal intervention. Lightly filtered but not fined, preserving texture and natural expression. Limited production of 872 bottles.
Description of wine:
Free-spirited and structured rosé with grip and tension, combining freshness with depth and character.
Tasting profile:
Intense aromas of grape skin, wild cherry (strawberry tree fruit) and dried apricot; firm texture with gentle tannins, volume and elegance.
Pairing:
Shellfish, fried fish, red prawns, fresh tuna, and seafood rice dishes.
Serve at: 8–10°C
